The Inn was very clean and although a small room, very well layed out. The breakfast was fine. Not all the sweets, muffins, danishes, things with no substance, but good stuff, like bagels, oatmeal, real orange juice and hot coffee. I also was very impressed that they used real china dishes, not styrafoam. A terrific change from the other hotels that charge three times the price. A nice fireplace in the bedroom kept us toasty warm. Lovely shutters on the nice, new windows. Full kitchen too. Lots of towel racks in the bathroom. I was very, very impressed with this Inn, and have already recommended it to others. Well done!!
The fact that the outdoor doors were not locked until evening. The hot tub and washing machine was next door. We were warned about the noise when we arrived and it would be off by 10 pm, which was great, but until ten, what a racket. The coach needed a face lift, or maybe a cover that could be washed.
This was a great overnight stay before taking an early morning ferry to BC. The staff was friendly and helpful. We even walked downtown to have dinner at Adrift but it's a bit of a hike.
The comfort and convenience of the Inn. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The TV system is impossible to use.
Kim, the desk-manager was very friendly and helpful. The stocked kitchenette + table and chairs was great! We particularly liked the gargoyles on the front of the building!!
